Size exchanges may be accommodated, subject to stock availability. Please contact our customer support team to enquire about an exchange.

Special orders are not eligible for voluntary size exchanges.

Returns & Refunds

As many of our items are specially sourced or imported, we do not generally accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.

This policy does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective, incorrect or non-compliant goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
